Creations reserve the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right the supply to any individual or company.
DeliveryWe aim to dispatch on-line orders the next working day. We use mainly Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Services. You should receive your order 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Larger items such as A1 card, paper or mount board and heavy parcels will be dispatched next working day via Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service.

£20 to £35 = £5.99
Orders over £35.00 are sent FREE Of Charge (excluding International Orders, please see below)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS There will be an extra charge for International orders, please email us for details before placing your order. All International orders are sent Air Mail.
All reasonable steps will be taken to deliver your order within 7 days of receipt. Confirmation of your order will be via email. However, Creations will not be liable in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates.
If, for any reason, the order is incomplete, Creations will notify you via email or telephone of the shortfall and will then as instructed by you either credit the goods outstanding or place them on back-order. Any goods then despatched to fulfill outstanding orders will be despatched free of charge.
Quality Guarantee
Creations operate a money-back guarantee for all products purchased via the eCreations.co.uk website which do not arrive in perfect condition provided that:-
1. We are notified either by telephone or email within 7 days of receipt of goods.
2. At our request you agree to return the goods in question to reach us within 21 days for the date you originally received them.
3. The goods are returned to us by recorded delivery and the cost of return postage is prepaid by you. Once we are satisfied that the goods were either faulty prior to despatch, or were damaged in transit, we will then refund this cost.
Creations shall have no obligation or liability of any kind in respect of goods purchased from the eCreations.co.uk website which are returned for any other reason or where the above conditions have not been met. In such instances, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the return if, in any way, it is not justified. Under these circumstances the goods will be returned at your cost.
