Monthly Knitter's Club.
Because everyone needs an ‘ology…

We run a monthly Knitter’s club which is held at:

CREATIONS, Fore St. , Porthleven

This informal club meets on the first and third Thursday of every month from 7-9pm for anyone interested in meeting with other knitter’s.
Knitter’s of all experiences welcome. Even if you can’t knit a stitch but would like to find out more, come along and meet some like-minded people.

The Idea….

We love knitting at Creations and we know lots of you do too.

Meetings will take place from 7pm ~ 9pm.

We thought it would be a good idea to get to know each other. As well as socialising, KNITology will also provide:

¸ FREE monthly knitting club
¸ Tea and coffee
¸ Advice and tips from other members
¸ Yarn swap with other members
¸ Creations shop will be open for members on evening of meeting.

Creations sell a wide range of Yarn from Rowan and Debbie Bliss to Noro and Patons and more..

Monthly Scrapbooking Club.

We run a monthly Scrapbooking club which is held at:

CREATIONS, Fore St. , Porthleven

This informal club meets on the first and third Monday of every month from 7-9.30pm for anyone interested in meeting with other Scrapbbokers

Scrappers of any level welcome. Even if you are not sure exactly what scrapbooking is all about but would like to find out more, come along and meet some like-minded people.

The Idea….
We set up the Scrapbooking club last year and although we are not the largest club we have a fun time exchanging ideas and helping each other with individual projects.
Meetings will take place from 7pm ~ 9.30pm.
As well as socialising, Scrapbooking will also provide:

¸ Advice and tips from other members
¸ Creations shop will be open for members on evening of meeting.

Creations sells a wide range of scrapbooking items from papers to an endless list of embellishments..

How It All Started

Creations was started in 1999 by myself, Jane Shainberg, a housewife and mother of 4 children (although I am sure they would not like to be refered to as children as the youngest is now 16 going on 36).

It began when I attended Parchment Craft lessons locally and then, I'm sure like a lot of people, found it difficult to get good supplies locally (and by that I mean within a 5 mile radius). I thought it would be lovely to have my own craft supplies at hand and also encourage others in crafting.
